Dg54 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document applies to all users who access or use dg54's services in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the dg54 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the dg54 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or be lawfully present in Malaysia at the time of use;
- Not prohibited by local or international law from using services of this nature;
- Registering using accurate, truthful and complete personal information.
Dg54 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet the stipulated eligibility requirements without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on dg54. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts without compensation.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party;
- Notify dg54 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation;
- Keeping your account information up to date and accurate at all times.
Dg54 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure. Users are advised to use a strong password and not to share their login details with anyone.
Accounts found to be in breach of the terms of use, involved in fraudulent activity, or left inactive for an extended period may be suspended or closed by dg54 at the platform's absolute discretion.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the dg54 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before making any deposit.
The payment-related terms are as follows:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method and can be checked in the Finance section of your account;
- All deposits are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the system;
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable conditions;
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed — this requires a valid identification document;
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method; any delays beyond dg54's control cannot be attributed to the platform;
- Dg54 reserves the right to hold or investigate suspicious transactions before processing them.
Any attempt to transfer funds through unauthorised means — including the use of third-party credit cards or bank accounts without authorisation — is prohibited and may result in account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users of the dg54 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform;
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion or game manipulation that could compromise fairness for other users;
- Publishing, sending or sharing content that is unlawful, threatening, obscene or harassing in nature;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or damage the technical infrastructure of the platform;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Dg54 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or in-game losses. dg54's total liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in the relevant account at the time of the claim.
The dg54 platform may experience temporary downtime for maintenance purposes. dg54 will endeavour to provide advance notice but does not guarantee platform availability at all times.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the dg54 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code and brand names — is the exclusive property of dg54 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from dg54.
Third-Party Links
The dg54 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. dg54 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any referenced third-party websites or services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately before using them.
Changes to These Terms
Dg54 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the dg54 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
